consecutive legislative session the Senate has unanimously passed an EJ bill while the House has
neglected to do so. Once passed by the Senate, the bill languished in House Ways and Means and was
never reported out or brought to the floor, despite efforts from Rep. Sullivan and ELM. –

In December, 1998, ELM submitted comments to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection supporting greater safeguards for metropolitan Boston's water supply, citing our special concern for those poor, young, old and immune compromised people who can not afford to buy bottled drinking water.
