Association of Massachusetts Wetland Scientists
AMWS is comprised of wetland professionals with diverse expertise in wetland functional analysis, mitigation planning, delineation, plant propagation, regulatory policy, research and education. Through standing and ad hoc committees, board meetings and interaction with State and Federal regulators, members have the opportunity to provide scientific expertise that can help shape State and Federal wetland policies and regulations. Bay Circuit Alliance
The Bay Circuit Alliance is a partnership of organizations and individuals, public and private, working to complete the Bay Circuit concept by the year 2000. The Bay Circuit Concept , first proposed in 1937, is an outer "emerald necklace," linking parks, open spaces, and waterways from Plum Island to Kingston Bay. BCA helps local communities establish their portion of the Bay Circuit Trail through planning and technical assistance on route identification, land protection issues, and trail management and construction.

Berkshire Environmental Action Team (BEAT) is made up of volunteers from around Berkshire County, Massachusetts who have come together to protect the natural environment of Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The Charles River Conservancy
The Charles River Conservancy (CRC) is a nonprofit advocacy group founded in 1999 dedicated to the renovation, maintenance and enrichment of the Charles River Basin and its surroundings, particularly its parks, parkways, and bridges. The Conservancy works to create better understanding of the best uses of the basin through education, public dialogue, and interpretive programs. Promotion of increased access, good planning, and management practices is designed to enhance the architecture, landscape, and amenities of the basin. The Conservancy seeks funding for public-private partnership initiatives. Guiding the work of the Conservancy is the legacy of Charles Eliot, whose vision of a comprehensive park system built on a grand scale has sustained and enriched us all with the creation of green space throughout greater Boston.

Essex County Greenbelt Association
The Essex County Greenbelt Association works to preserve the open space heritage of Essex County by acting as a land trust; to help local communities and landowners safeguard ecosystems, foster agriculture, and protect scenic vistas and special natural resources. Our major goal is the creation of a network of "greenbelts" consisting of river, trail, and other natural corridors, coastal systems, and visually intact landscapes.

Friends of the Blue Hills
The Friends of The Blue Hills has fought successfully since 1976 to preserve the Reservation for hikers and cyclists, horseback riders and skiers. We encourage young people to care for our magnificent park, while challenging those who threaten its future.

Friends of the Middlesex Fells Reservation
The Friends of the Fells is an all volunteer organization with a mission to protect and preserve the natural and historic resources of the Middlesex Fells Reservation. Friends of the Muddy River
The Friends of the Muddy River work for the conservation and preservation of Olmsted's Emerald Necklace, and particularly the Riverway section of that National Register park system and the Muddy River. Green Berkshires
Green Berkshires, Inc. is dedicated to protecting farmland, mountains, and wilderness in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, and throughout the northeastern United States. Lincoln Land Conservation Trust

Mass Energy is a nonprofit organization that both advocates and acts in the marketplace on behalf of consumers and the environment.
