Kathy Gasperine

Kathy Gasperine is a relationship manager for Amalgamated’s commercial banking clients across nonprofit, advocacy, and sustainability sectors.

Across her two decades of professional experience in fundraising, management, and donor advising, Kathy joined Amalgamated Bank to establish the Boston Commercial Banking presence in 2020. A veteran of the three US presidential and national campaigns, Kathy recognizes the importance of forging strong relationships and building teams centered on growth. She previously held national fundraising and leadership roles for President Barack Obama, Secretary Hillary Clinton, and Governor Deval Patrick.

She serves as Board Chair of Reproductive Equity Now and on the Advisory Board of BLabs Boston and Higher Ground Labs. Kathy graduated from Ithaca College with a dual bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the Park School of Communications and Politics. She lives in Concord, Massachusetts, with her family.
