Ben Bailey

Ben Bailey joined Environmental League of Massachusetts in September 2023 as the Development Director. Ben works with the Development team to support and direct fundraising efforts to strengthen ELM and ELM Action Fund.

Previously, Ben served as the Director of Development for Energy Allies, leading their fundraising that helped to double their revenue toward a mission to have climate-impacted communities lead local clean energy solutions. Prior to that, Ben spent 18 years working in the Concord Academy Advancement office where he served in multiple roles.

Ben received his BA from Connecticut College. He currently serves on the Board of the Concord Carlisle Community Chest. He lives in Concord, MA, the same town where he grew up, with his wife, two children, two dogs, and two cats.
