Erica Harrington

Erica Harrington is a Partner at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, where she advises bluetech, cleantech, and renewable energy companies and investors on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and project finance. Her experience spans the renewable energy and climate finance landscape, from offshore wind and solar project finance to the emerging nature-based carbon removal market.

An active member of the firm’s Energy & Climate practice, Erica is deeply engaged with the region’s climate and blue economy communities, and mentors early-stage companies through local incubators and accelerators. She has also taught Renewable Energy Law at Roger Williams University School of Law.

Erica received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Affairs Law Review, and her B.S. from Northeastern University.
