Hope Miller

Hope Miller joined the ELM in May 2026 as the organization’s Operations Coordinator. In this role, she supports ELM’s day-to-day operations, helping to ensure organizational efficiency across internal systems, event logistics, and administrative processes that support the organization’s broader advocacy work.

Prior to joining the team full-time, Hope worked at ELM as a Communications Fellow in 2025, where she strengthened her passion for social justice issues and environmental policy. Through her fellowship, she contributed to advancing ELM’s communications efforts and deepened her interest in mission-driven nonprofit work.

Hope holds a Bachelor’s degree in Brand Marketing & Product Innovation from Suffolk University. During her time at Suffolk, she supported small local businesses and nonprofit organizations in strengthening their brands and promoting community-focused initiatives throughout Boston.
