Kelly Lynch

Kelly Lynch joined Environmental League of Massachusetts in June 2025 as the Finance Director.  Prior to joining the team at ELM, Kelly spent 12 years in the nonprofit sector, supporting a mix of direct service and advocacy focused organizations. Most recently, she served as the Deputy Director at Found in Translation, where she led the organization’s finance and operations team, and oversaw all human resource, budgeting, accounting, audit, compliance and financial systems.

Kelly is an AmeriCorps alumna, and holds a Bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst in Political Science and French & Francophone Studies, a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
