Leigh Chandler

Leigh joined the ELM team as the Communications & Events Manager in March 2022. She is a marketing and communications professional committed to mobilizing action toward social equity. Prior to ELM, she served as Manager of Marketing and Communications at YW Boston. She also has experience in nonprofit development and as a public speaking coach.

She is an active member of the The Philanthropy Connection (TPC), a Boston-area collective giving network. She served on TPC’s board from 2021-2024 and co-chaired the Marketing and Communications Committee.

Leigh grew up in Pawleys Island, South Carolina and graduated from Davidson College in 2016 with a degree in English and Communication Studies. She currently lives in Salem, MA where she serves on the city’s Sustainability, Energy, and Resiliency Committee.
