Mardi Fuller

Vice President of Partnerships & Communications

Mardi Fuller joined ELM and ELM Action Fund in May 2026 as Vice President of Partnerships and Communications. In this role, she leads ELM’s strategic partnerships and communications efforts, working to expand collaboration across sectors and strengthen public engagement around Massachusetts’ clean energy transition and climate leadership. She also leads engagement with ELM’s Corporate Council, a working alliance between business leaders and environmental advocates focused on advancing environmental policy and sustainable business practices across the Commonwealth.

Prior to joining ELM, Mardi founded a communications consultancy supporting leading environmental organizations, including Conservation Law Foundation and The Conservation Alliance. She previously served as Director of External Relations at Boston Plan for Excellence, where she led corporate partnerships and communications initiatives and supported legislative advocacy efforts.

Mardi is also a writer, speaker, and advocate for racial justice in outdoor recreation. Her work has been featured in The Boston Globe and Outside, and she is the subject of the documentary Mardi and the Whites. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Appalachian Mountain Club and builds community around outdoor inclusion.
