Wendy De Wolf

Wendy De Wolf is the president and co-founder of Reservoir Power PBC, a diversified energy company focused on enhancing grid reliability and sustainability. She has been wholly committed to climate solutions and the energy transition in her career pursuits. Wendy co-founded East Light Partners PBC, a renewable energy development platform, which was acquired by Vitol in 2023.  She began her career at Energy Management Inc., where she contributed to the development of the Cape Wind Project.

Wendy holds a BS in Geology & Geophysics from Yale and an MBA from Columbia.  In her free time, she is an avid outdoor enthusiast and marathon runner. She lives in Cambridge with her husband, daughter, dog, and cat.
