This week, as the 2019-2020 legislative session winds to a close, 36 municipal elected officials from across the Commonwealth signed a letter to House and Senate leadership calling for action on environmental justice legislation. The signatories cited that as inequities in Massachusetts continue to worsen, we must protect communities from more pollution, reduce public health inequities in overburdened communities, and increase access to government and information.
