Bianca Pokrzywa

Bianca Pokrzywa joined the Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) team in June 2023. As the Digital Communications Coordinator, she focuses on driving strategic and values-driven messaging surrounding equitable environmental policy.

Prior to joining full-time staff, Bianca worked at ELM as both a Campaign & Advocacy Fellow and Communications & Events Fellow. After being involved in political work since high school, Bianca discovered her specific passions for both environmental policy advocacy and nonprofit communications throughout her fellowships at ELM. She is especially interested in environmental justice, and the intersection between business and sustainability.

Bianca grew up near Detroit, Michigan, and graduated summa cum laude from Boston University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration & Management.
