Ellen Macaulay

Chief of Staff

Ellen joined the Environmental League of Massachusetts (ELM) team in 2015. As ELM’s Chief of Staff, she facilitates collaboration across the organization, aligns internal initiatives with larger strategic goals, and improves engagement among ELM’s Board of Directors and staff.

She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Suffolk University. In her time at Suffolk, Ellen interned at the State House and held an on-campus position orchestrating 11 alternative spring break trips, working with Habitat for Humanity as well as other nonprofit organizations.
