Secretary Yvonne Hao
Secretary Hao joined the Healey-Driscoll Administration in January 2023. Prior to this, she was a Co-founder, Advisor, and Managing Director of investment firm Cove Hill Partners, focused on investing in technology companies. She is also the former COO/CFO of PillPack and helped lead the sale and integration with Amazon. Prior to PillPack, Sec. Hao was an operating partner at Bain Capital for more than 8 years, serving on the boards of, working closely with, and taking interim CEO and COO roles with portfolio companies. She also previously worked at Honeywell and McKinsey.
Secretary Hao has been a board member of several public companies: Gentherm (thermal technology company); Flywire (global fintech company); CarGurus (online auto marketplace); and ZipRecruiter (online job site). She also has served on several private boards (including Bose) and several nonprofits (including Beth Israel Lahey Health System, Williams College, and the Commission on Presidential Debates).
